Our traditional Scottish style smoked salmon is dry brined and gently cold smoked over smouldering oak chips. The pelicule is removed and the salmon carefully trimmed in the Scottish tradition. Buttery soft and subtly smoky, the taste will carry you back to the traditional smokehouse. Kosher. Atlantic Salmon, 8 oz. and 1 lb. are interleaved for ease of service.
