Shipping Addresses
Please check the shipping address carefully before
placing your order. Incomplete or inaccurate
information may cause a delay in processing or
shipment of your order. Please provide both the
shipper and recipient's telephone number should
there be any questions regarding the order. We
are not responsible for the replacement or refund
of orders that have incomplete or invalid addresses,
or for gifts sent to recipients who are not
available to accept the package. The carrier will
leave the package only if they deem the delivery
address to be secure, so it is advisable to notify
your recipient of its arrival and make alternative
arrangements for someone to receive the package
if necessary. A signature is required for all packages
sent to commercial addresses.
Shelf Stable Products
Shelf stable products are shipped via ground
service unless otherwise requested. Your cost is
determined by the total cost of your ordered items
to each separate shipping address. All shelf stable
products should be stored in ambient conditions
upon delivery.
Perishable Products
Perishable products are shipped via overnight or
2-day delivery, depending upon the product and
the location. Your cost is determined by the total
cost of your ordered items to each separate shipping
address. All perishable products are packed
in insulated shipping containers with dry ice and/
or gel packs. All perishable products should be
refrigerated or frozen immediately upon delivery.
Ground Service
Non-perishable orders received before 10 a.m.
EST will be processed for shipment the same
day. Non-perishable items ship Monday through
Friday. Allow 3-10 business days for delivery.
Rush Delivery
Orders received before 10 a.m. EST will be
processed for shipment the same day. Perishable
items ship Monday through Thursday only.
This is the recommended method for shipping
perishable items, particularly to warm climates.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment of perishable
products during extremely hot weather or
to locations where the product would likely be
compromised.
2-Day Delivery
Orders received before 10 a.m. EST will be
processed for shipment the same day. Perishable
items ship Monday through Wednesday only. 2-
day delivery may not be available to all locations.
Saturday Delivery (where available)
Add $15.00 per address to our rush shipping
charges.
Delivery Outside the 48 States
No delivery to US territories or foreign countries.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APOs or FPOs.
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be
charged the Saturday delivery rate.
Guarantee
We guarantee all our products to arrive in satisfactory
condition to the address given if delivery
can be made when first attempted. We cannot
assume responsibility for items if we are given
an incorrect address. In the unlikely event you
are not satisfied with a product, please notify
us promptly so that we can rectify any problem.
Claims for damaged products will not be accepted
unless made within 48 hours of delivery.
Payment Options
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American
Express credit cards in good standing. We also
accept checks and money orders; however, please
allow 15 business days from our receipt for check
clearance. We do not accept cash and we do not
ship COD.
Price Changes & Substitutions
Although we try to avoid this problem, prices are
subject to change without prior notice. We will
notify you of any price change at the time of your
order. We reserve the right to substitute any item
with a similar item of equal or greater value to
ensure your package is delivered on time. Because
of seasonal and crop variations and because
we ship only the best quality products available,
some items in our catalog or on our website may
not be available at all times. We reserve the right
to limit quantities.
Caviar Prices
Due to the extreme volatility in the caviar market,
we provide caviar pricing upon request. The price
quoted is based on the current price on your date
of shipment.
Gift Messages & Enclosures
We are happy to include a short gift message on
the packing slip at no additional charge. We will
enclose a personal gift card for each recipient at
an additional charge of $3.95 per card.

Fine Food Now Gift Cards
Fine Food Now Gift Cards are available in denominations
of $25 or $50. Gift certificates are
available in any denomination. FFN Gift Cards
and Gift Certificates are sent by first-class mail
unless otherwise requested, accompanied by a
catalog.
